Senda uses artificial intelligence to estimate the nutrition of the foods you log from your text descriptions and photos. These figures are approximations and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They depend on what you enter and on the limits of automated estimation. Do not rely on them where precise nutritional values matter to your health.
The daily limits and goals Senda shows are based on general public-health guidelines (such as those from the American Heart Association and the World Health Organization) for an average adult. They are not tailored to you and do not take into account any medical condition, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergy, intolerance, or individual dietary needs.
Always seek the advice of your doctor, a registered dietitian, or another qualified health provider before making changes to your diet or with any questions about a medical condition — especially if you have, or suspect you may have, a health condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have seen in Senda.
Any action you take based on the information in Senda is strictly at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senda and its operator accept no liability for any loss, injury or health outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its estimates.
